These self-contained continuous freezers combine high efficiency and compact dimensions for flexible ice cream production and are an essential part of any small ice cream production. Continuous Freon freezers are a turnkey solution for any ice cream maker. As soon as air, mix, power and water connections have been established, the machine is immediately ready for use. The ice cream mix is dosed into the freezer cylinder by a gear pump. Along with the mixture, a constant flow of air is supplied to the cylinder. The freezer cylinder is cooled by an integrated Freon refrigeration system. Passing through the cylinder, the air is whipped into the mixture by a metering device. The Freezers have a capacity between of 150 to 1500 litres per hour.
